Al Segnavento - VENEZIA

I have driven by this wonderful restaurant many times but never went in because the have huge solid red gates. There is a pressure sensor in the ground that automatically opens them when you approach close enough. Brite, new and sparkling inside. Food locally sources was excellent. I had risotto and Feona which is Guinea Foul, expertly prepared. Sorry, I dont know the prices since this was a company event.

We stayed for a longer weekend and it was a perfect experience. We arrived Thursday and we left on Monday morning. We stayed at the Fiori&Frutti house which belongs to the same owners. The lodging was perfect, the personnel also. The personnel, especially Giacomo, were very kind, discrete and efficient. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot of peace in there. The restaurant was exquisite, close to a fine dinning. If you need a place to stay in tranquility, near Venice it is the perfect place. The location it's only 12 km from Venice.

We visited this restaurant as guest of the Ai Fiori BB and were thoroughly impressed with the high standard of cuisine that is lovingly prepared by the Matrairch of the family owned businesss. Everything served in the restaurant is either grown or prepared on site and if this is not possible sourced locally from nearby farms.The bread and freshly churned sage infused butter is a highlight. The wine list very comprehensive and excellent knowledge of wine and regions shared by wait staff. This restaurant is well patronised by locals in the know anmd a highly recommended visit if you are in the Veneto region.

Month ago great attention to the quality of raw materials provided by the vegetable garden, food is all at zero km, but the menu is from starry restaurant, with a continuous combination of quality and refinement of the courses. excellent wines, meat and bread served with butter. Try

Very clean and detailed location. while passing the entrance gate you enter in quiet mode and the interior environment keeps very quiet. very professional, courteous and helpful staff. a great thanks to the ladies who organized our room but above all to fold all the clothes we had left scattered in the room. We apologize for our rudeness and thank you again.
