A SCAM. DO NOT EAT THERE!!! The food is mediocre, the staff is rude toward non-Italians AND they will charge double the price if you sit across the counter on a tiny table. This place is ridiculous!

All Family stopped here for some hot Cappuccino. Ordered 4 large which were not cheap but we were in Venice, so when we were given in disposable cups to my amazement they were half filled cups. After confronting them I was told that's what they serve here to everyone. Total rip off !!!!

Friend and I came here to use the restroom and buy some waters. Black haired lady with ponytail was extremely rude off the bat and was very demanding that my friend pay while not instructing her where to pay. After this, friend and I went to use the restroom in the back and were simply LOOKING and POINTING at the breaker near the bathroom because we don’t speak italian and didn’t realize if it was a way for employees to clock in (a bit stupid, i know). All the sudden this women is screaming at us the top of our lungs to put our hands on our pockets and get outside to wait for the bathroom, we were stunned and confused and she continued to scream at us. We were so scared by this sudden screaming and shocked because we hadn’t touched anything. 10000% avoid this crappy cafe if you want to be treated with human decency.

Great place. The best sandwiches and coffee we had during our trip. The service is fast. It looks cold at first but once you have your first bite everything changes. The bread is amazing the different type of meat, Ham, prosciutto , salami everything is high quality and very tasteful.

We came here for a quick breakfast whilst wandering the streets of Venice. We both had cappuccinos and a chocolate croissant each and it was delicious! Decent prices too.
