Suzie Cafe - VENEZIA

My husband and I searched and searched for this cafe. We came to the conclusion that the place where it is supposed to be is now a bar. It was supposed to be at number 1527 in Dorsoduro. So we at at San Basegio at 1527A and it was delicious.

This cafe is situated near the university and in a pretty square! It is frequently visited, for the most part, by students. During the week you can come and listen to live jazz, rock and reggae concerts. Earlier in the evening, you will undoubtedly find rum enthusiasts as it is the bar’s speciality!

Couldn't walk any longer so we were attracted by this little restaurant on the square. Service was excellent, menu reasonably simple but lots to choose from. And, most importantly, the food was really tasty. Not a restaurant to walk miles to but if it is in your neighborhood, give it a try.

I have to say service by the one lady serving all the tables was amazing. She managed to deliver great service to all tables with no-one waiting for food etc. Prices were reasonable and good selection of food for both adults and children.
