Even though there were no vegan options listed on the menu, I informed the waiter that I could not eat cheese. He quickly understood and suggested a vegan option. I ordered the vegetable pizza without cheese, and they were able to accommodate my request easily. The pizza was delicious and it was nice to have a variety of vegetables on top. Additionally, they offered gluten-free options which was essential for our group.

I visited this restaurant in Venice based on a recommendation from Happy Cow, but I had a terrible experience. Our server claimed to have worked there for 35 years and repeatedly said "I understand you" despite not actually understanding that we were vegan. He continued to bring us dishes with cheese, completely ignoring our dietary restrictions. The food and service were both terrible, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for vegan options.
