Ciao Gelato - Venice

The experience has really declined. They no longer offer samples of their ice cream; at least other places usually give you three samples (some even offer unlimited). The three flavors I tried were bland and tasteless. It’s the first time in my life I've ever thrown ice cream away! The employees also seemed to have a very somber attitude, almost like they were attending a funeral.

The gelato here is fantastic! My only issue is the overwhelming number of Glade plugins under every table—they're quite overpowering and not very pleasant to breathe in. It would be great if you could find a different way to keep the place smelling nice.

Fantastic spot!! It’s toward the end of the strip but it’s a must visit spot. Great coffee and gelato! They also make coffee ice cubes so it won’t get watered down. Our favorite place in the strip!

I am 21 years old and my family and I have been coming here since I was essentially a toddler. It's one of our favorite spots in town to go to and we try to visit every year. We travel 2 and a half hours from Kissimmee basically, for this Gelato. The staff are always kind and incredible to talk to. As a family of Sicilian/Puerto Ricans, this Gelato has always been top tier
