The service has definitely declined, our server couldn’t even remember if they had Pepsi or coke products. We came in with an infant and no one offered a highchair. Food was okay but the bus boy tried to throw away our left over food before being able to box it up and did not understand me when I said no multiple times. The sushi we ordered we didn’t eat and though they were nice and comped it for us, they very loudly stood behind our booth questioning which employee made it as if to punish them when we just didn’t really like the taste. We got a couple good rolls for takeout dinner last week. The rolls were good but the man out the counter (the owner?? was really unpleasent. He berated one of his staff in front of everyone which was very painful to watch/hear. Also when I asked for extra say sauce and he had the nerve to add 50 cents to the bill (which was already over $50. Certainly not the attitude I saw in Kyoto when I visited there.
