Hesburger - Ventspils

Super slow service at drive through. 36 min. to get an order, I 'd call it the slowest fast food restaurant on earth. Unpleasant stuff, don 't speak Latvian, well better to avoid this place. Even restaurant manager doesn 't speak english : . Order delivered incorectly, one burger was missing. Stuff had no name tags, easy to say it wasn 't me : . Restaurant area was close to clean, but atea where food is prepared and served was dirty. In global I like Hesburger, but Ventspils one, for God sake, never again!

After reading latest reviews I was afraid to visit this place. But my experience was very good. Fast drive through. And very delicious fries and wraps.

Workers dont understand english, are slow and it took them like 2 minutes to give me the change. Burger and fries were cold

Dirty, no good customer service, food looks like pick up from floor but funny thing, food wee finish+

Too less salt on fries, you have to remind your order becauas they forget to give you what you ordered. 2nd floor looks too messy to eat there. Restroom was so filthy i did not even risk washing hands in there. They should definetly work on serving quality and cleanliness of halls.
