Missy's Cupcakes - Ventura

My wife brought me home some of these vegan doughnuts and I was skeptable at first but once I ate them. Wow!

So happy to finally find a place that has vegan donut options

I'm not a baker so I'm not sure why it's tough to find vegan donuts that taste just like the non-vegan donuts I had as a kid. Usually they're small, hard, strange looking.. geez sounds like I'm talking about something else. Anyway! Missy's has PERFECTED vegan donuts! They always have a large variety of them in flavors like maple bars, apple fritters, cake donuts, and many others. I would have to say I find the cake donuts the best! None of the donuts are overly sweet. As of recently, they started selling vegan cupcakes and I regret not getting one. The only way this place could possibly get better is if they had an option that was both vegan and gluten free, but I'm not complaining.

These donuts are fluffy and delicious. I bet you couldn’t tell the difference between them and the normal ones. My non vegan family loves them. You have to get there early to have much of a selection. Later in the day they sometimes run out of vegan donuts.
