Pizzaman Dan's - Ventura

I have probably been to all of the PMD’s and this is my least favorite. From getting yelled at because family didn’t know the salad bar rules to the food not being made correctly; the employees are always different, last time they all seemed new. at my usual PMD the employees are steady and last, the service is better and the food made better.

It doesn't look like much, but everyone was so helpful and pizza was delicious. I didn't expect this. Definitely going back.

I thought I would give this place a second chance very disappointed ? by the customer service girl was rude we got the lunch specials spent almost 30 dollars for tiny little pizzas ? and tiny salad ? went to get some more salad was told by the girl working the register that we could not get any more salad they need to let people know you could only get one round of salad this has to be put on there so people know I will never go back and also they charge 75 cents for a tiny ranch this place is getting worse every time no wonder we were the only people in the restaurant we basically payed 25 dollars for two slices of pizza and tiny little salads

This is not a family friendly establishment . They will scam you for your money and don’t care about keeping customers . I paid 38$ for a large pepperoni pizza and a drink for take out .My husband was a returning customer informed me that he got the same pizza one week ago for a third of the price because he was advised of a 9.99 deal . We called after ordering because obviously this was a mistake, the “ customer service rep” Lupe already knew why we were calling and was unapologetic. She did not offer a solution simply stated she was “ not trained to inform customers of deals “ and apparently “ did not have a manager on staff “ to discuss this issue . I will no longer be supporting businesses like this . The food is comparable to Little Caesar’s . Don’t waste your time .
