Russell's Donuts - Ventura

These donuts are fantastic! I tried a lemon-filled donut, and it was bursting with lemon filling. The filling was even oozing out from the back, which is a problem I wish I encountered with every filled donut I've ever had. Typically, I only get a small amount of filling in the center, surrounded by a lot of bread at other places. Wow. I really love this place. The customer service is excellent as well. That's why I gave this donut shop a 5-star rating.

Went here once to try it out... then went back 4 more times within a week! I'm addicted!! Apple fritters are insane, but make sure you leave me one. The employees are very happy and their hours are very convenient. Love this diamond in the rough!

The best doughnuts in town, with super friendly staff! The prices are fantastic too! I give it a perfect 10/10. Just a heads up, if you're looking for doughnut holes, make sure to go early in the morning because they unfortunately don't have them later in the day. Everything I've tried there is delicious, especially the chocolate glazed doughnut with sprinkles—it's absolutely amazing!

This couple of owners has truly elevated the dining experience. I had the #3, which features a massive croissant filled with mayonnaise, a fried egg, cheese, ham, and bacon. The quality is outstanding, and it's served hot. The donuts here are incredible too. The service is friendly and quick. Try the #3 just once, and you'll be hooked—just don’t blame me if you find yourself gaining a few pounds. It's that delicious!

Absolutely incredible experience. The breakfast croissants are so well priced and are HUGE egg, ham, mayo, in a massive freshly baked croissant. Mark this place on your map NOW as a favourite because whenever you pass through Ventura and need great food at a great price look no further. Friendly, fast, tastes good, generous portions, and maybe even a little freebie ; 11/10
