Have gone there twice about a year apart. First time no one showed up for work is what we were told by the convenience store employees. Tried again few weeks ago and was told they didn't have any burgers. Hmm ok. The employee gave no apologies or even a smile. Won't be back...

I'm giving it 1 star for atmosphere (actually didn't in order to help its rating) because it's in a gas station... So it isn't their fault. Overall the staff was very kind and helpful. I had the double bacon cheese burger with fries... And it was AMAZING especially for a gas station cheeseburger (never had it before, at a gas station). I'll definitely come back for more! I work not to far from there, there is no prices on the board, it has no info on the combos at all(OWNER SAID IS BECAUSE THE FOOD KEEPS GOING UP AND DOWN SO HE CHANGES PRICES OFTEN) The Fish was sour meaning it had been out for too long, The fries were cold (I believe I got about 10 fries) No nampkins/ no lemon no nothing I’m very upset because I paid $11 for 2 pieces of Sour fish and 10 fries, the Tartar sauce was not good, I literally just took 3 bites and threw the food away I seriously did not wanted to get sick!

Inconsistent preparation because they cant keep employees , inconsistent hours of operation probably for the same reason. They never had what I was trying to order off the menu on 4 occasions months apart ??? There is never a manager on duty, just 1 hourly employee which may explain all the above. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I finally was able to get to the Venus location when someone was actually there, and ordered the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings and found them delicious and worth the wait. Only 4 stars because of the past difficulties catching them when they were actually open
