Feedback gevenI pray that I know the restaurant well, we were always good enough in our dinners in the week, but I thought I was so bad on Saturday. Booked table on the terrace and assign me a table inside, flat overhanging, precisely is Saturday. We order the usual cutter of mixed meats, seen that it is always very abundant we order it for 2 while being in three,surprise,arriva a cutter for a person, moreover without hot focaccia,that with the excuses of the waitress lead to cutting by now finished. Note for the wine, we took a bottle of Morellino that open us and leave on the table without the usual taste...va well,it is Saturday... we ordered two first is a second that arrive in sequence one from the other with three minutes of interval...I wanted to take a sweet, strong point of the restaurant but the waitress no more live,frecciano among the tables no young girls to bring dishes...to the cashier in the moment to pay
We stayed at Funicular a couple of times, and we both were fully satisfied! Traditional dishes and housewives are eaten, but cooked with wisdom and really BUONI. The portions... as abundant as we like!! Overall a great experience, if you look for a house with kitchen and pizza. The reservation is required on Saturday night. Ps. honest prices, dinner for two people with first course, second with 2 contours, sweet, 1/2lt white wine, coffee and bitter: 70€!
I've been here by chance... I've been very happy... Cute and cozy place,t feel at home...I ate a sublime fillet, perfect cooking and portion definitely out of the norm...good wine and bitter typical of the place... Keep in mind if you are in the area...
Very often my boyfriend and I find ourselves having dinner in this restaurant and we always get satisfied and very full!! We can't give up every time the risotto to the funicular good first dish while as a second we usually take the cut , while the last time we opted since there was a menu with the dishes of the week) x the liver to the vein accompanied by some potatoes... That's great, too! Obviously we could not give up the dessert, here also bakery so useless to say that the desserts are fantastic! I love Catalan cream and chocolate cake! Thanks to the next one!
Last March to celebrate two birthdays, we went to eat at Funicular, at the beginning of the Strona valley. We were in five and we ate really well. Excellent risotto, but also the seconds nothing bad. a bean: as we were undecided on desserts, the Funicular is also a pastry, they brought us a dessert tris to make us taste all.
