Brasserie des Rapides - Verdun

We decided to try the delivery during covid, and I am so glad that we did. eating was fantastic. the food came in our house pipping hot and the driver was ever so pleasant. we ordered three dishes the fish and chips delicious, the. all dressed submarine with fries and the bdr spaghetti. the portions were incredible, let's just say we eat for lunch in the morning. they wrote about the container bon appetite and stay safe and I thought that would be a really nice note. I will order again very soon.

We were caught by this place at the top. read good reviews, so there was an attempt to take during the restaurant / bar closures and enjoyed a fantastic hamburger pulled pork sandwich, both very good. what threw us away were the crabcakes. just among the best. I had ever. tasteful, moist and massive incredible. I was sad to eat them because I didn't want the experience to end.

Sunday brunch with the family, on a sunny day, what best as good eating on a beautiful terrace? I had the Spanish omelette, my wife the egg on an avocado toast. general portions, large taste. in any case come back to taste their famous burger!

Price for mac and cheese 16 dollars and was tasteless. The mussels ware very expensive 19 dollars and just mussels and fries. Not very present for price snd quality. Very disappointed

Brasserie des Rapides sucks. Their one saving grace was the calamari. And now they've f@#ked that up. Prices gone up. Portions significantly decreased. Its criminal. Food has become mediocre at best. Asked for a manager and was told that it would take about 30 minutes!!!...That was quicker than the food estimate. And the **** attitude on the waitress. Then when I tipped 15% (she was lucky let me tell you), she asked if I was unsatisfied with the service. Lmfao. I said yes and she said I have no idea about the restaurant industry. I said I was working in the industry before the little tart was born. I will NEVER go back there. Brasserie des Rapides, you be very ashamed of yourselves. Terrible.
