Feedback gevenRecent experience, good products, terrible service. I purchased 12 biscuits to take away as well as 3 others to consume on the spot with a hot lemon tea. I am served three biscuits, a teapot with hot water, some tea filters to choose from, but unfortunately they don't have lemon. I point out that I give up on choosing the filter due to the lack of lemon and the employee, annoyed, justifies herself by saying that she had just come in and hadn't realized that the lemon was missing. Nothing wrong, I have the biscuits wrapped, I say I'm sorry for the unused hot water and I pay. SURPRISE: 15 biscuits at 0.70 cents each, I should have paid €10.50, but instead, to add insult to injury... the receipt was €12.30!!!! Did I pay for a hypothetical tea bag or a pot of hot water???
