Feedback gevenI entered the restaurant at 7pm on a Wednesday night and found it completely empty. The atmosphere was unique as the whole place shook when a train passed by.
I previously posted this review under their former name Ora. The service was decent, but slightly slow.
Love the beignes here.....they are as close as u can get to New Orleans beignes. So good.???? Rest of the menu is nice as well. Convinient location just off the hwy 97 in Vernon; BC. You won't be disappointed.
My friend and I met at the Bourbon Street Grill in the Prestige Inn for lunch today. As we hadn't seen each other for a little while we wanted to have a visit as well as some good food. We found this restaurant to" fit the bill" perfectly. We chose seating in the comfortable half round booths by the windows. While there were many folks dining , the ambiance was tranquil and private. The restaurant was offering a Mini Buffet, which included a nice housemade soup, salad greens, pastry stuffed with beef, a pork tart, and other little sandwiches. Everything was fresh and tasty and very enjoyable. The staff were efficient but not overbearing. A very nice lunch dining experience. Would recommend this restaurant to others.
Staying at the "attached" Prestige Hotel, Sunday evening so not a lot open, I took a chance.I love Cajun foods & have been to Louisiana often. Surprise! This place, though very quiet, few customers, put out a wonderful shrimp appetizer and a super andouille/seafood gumbo.Shrimp, clams, fish were all fresh. Seasoning was real true tasting & not over done. PresentationWas beautiful. I saw another table served and their different meals looked very nice. The waitresseswere great and the kitchen team was super.
