Nature's Fare is a well-established grocery store in the Okanagan region. They have become successful because the owners are passionate about the environment, nutrition, and community. They are the first B Corp retailer in all of Canada, which is a testament to their commitment to sustainable practices. This grocery store is a great option for those looking to support local farmers, buy organic products, and find vegetarian/vegan options. Their organic produce is high quality and reasonably priced. The Apple Deli within the store offers a wide variety of fresh juices, smoothies, coffees, teas, soups, sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and entrees. Overall, Nature's Fare is a fantastic choice for those who care about what they eat and where their food comes from.
Nature's Fare is a great health market with many options for all healthy lifestyles. They have many gluten free and vegan products available. Although I find their prices a little high, they offer one stop shopping for gluten free and vegan diets. Their deli is another story. Although they boast healthy choices of pre-made food, be VERY sure you ask all the ingredients. Although they say vegetarian, there are often eggs, cheese or dairy in a lot of their products. Good luck finding anything in their deli that is gluten free and vegan!!
I have always enjoyed the many vegan-friendly options at The Apple Bistro. Everything I have tried has been delicious. I would give it 5 stars, but it is not completely vegan. The grocery section of the store also has a wide variety of vegan foods available. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Nature's Fare is a spacious health market that caters to various healthy lifestyles. They offer a wide range of gluten-free and vegan products, making it a convenient stop for those following these diets. However, I do find their prices on the higher end. The deli section, in particular, falls short in terms of transparency about ingredients. Despite labeling some items as vegetarian, they often contain eggs, cheese, or milk. It can be challenging to find strictly gluten-free and vegan options in their deli.
