Went for dinner at the Castle Bistro for the first time last night and WOW. It’s my new favorite restaurant. The menu selection was awesome. The spaztl (sp? is soooo good definitely try it if you’ve never had it. It’s a side option. The service was fantastic. Atmosphere is lovely. I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed over for one night after skiing at Silver Star Mountain Resort. Had both dinner and breakfast buffet during our stay. The hotel view was Awesome and the food was wonderful. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food, including the kids. The staff was very welcoming and friendly the food for our party of 8 came out hot and we ate at together. Nothing seem to have sat while other dishes were being prepared. Over all I would recommend this great restaurant and accommodations to anyone. We stayed in an upstairs unit that had a loft that was perfect for our kids or any adult guest that would need to have some privacy! The view from our room was amazing and relaxing.
