Blue Star Bourbon - Vero Beach

The a romantic holiday wine pairing dinner was such a spectacular event. low key. luxury planned. to see specticaul. the personal is top class. everyone is beautiful. the 7 farms were 5 stars each. never was my glass empty and I drink quickly. if they have a chance to take one of the 3 a year wein pairing events for $100 they take the oppertunity to romantically treat themselves and another. it pays off in just the first 30 minutes, but expect it doesn’t end for 3 hours atleast

26 March 2021. for the first time in blue star in vero beach, fl. it was a wonderful experience. wine selection was very good, appetizers were very nice, especially the sea red foi grass with the blueberry chutney. salat was kreatiw and delicious with florida zitrus. tenderloin filet was even more tender than I expected, perfectly cooked, served with a perfectly cooked asparagus and a wonderfully well-made sauce berry that was made “bright” and fresh. Finally, I tried with a ginger snap chest chef kittys rendition of key lime cake. it was an excellent finish to what is and will be a very unforgettable evening meal. all the time there were soft beautiful live piano music and a very efficient, fun and helpful waitress called meghan. bon appetit!

What a sound! great food and a very good value. Live music most nights. helpful friendly staff. (we go with my ninety-year-old father and they are super accommodating). they have a special offer where they ordered a free bottle of wine for all two entrees and four apps; so big for big parties! there is also a great coffee scene.

I have eaten at the Blue Star on five different occasions in the last eight months . Each time I have had differeent wait staff and I have eaten different meals and taste shared with my partner and friends .Each visit was not only a delicious taste experience, but, also a visual delight. The service was first class with a staff that really wanted me and my guests to relax and enjoy the experience. I have sent friends who have agreed with my feelings of this great restaraunt .

Such a great ambiance in this restaurant. There was a person playing subtle music, the mood lighting was intimate and the food was superb! Everything from the tapanade to the main courses and the wine and cocktails were perfect!
