Burger King - Vero Beach

I only eat there in the morning time and my food is always fresh

It seems that every time I go there and place an order at the drive thru there is complete confusion and I either get the wrong order or my order somehow did not get process. The staff is nice about it but it is getting old having to wait longer than necessary.

The food is usually hot and fresh, But the one time they made a mistake on my order and i called when i got home. It went to an 800 number instead of the direct store and i had to let them know what happened. Said i would receive a voucher via email to use for them messing up my order Never got it and its been 2 months and i called 3 times about it,

I absolutely love this Burger King!! The employees are very nice and the service is A+ the fact that they remember you is outstanding service! I drove past another Burger King just to go to this one!! Keep up the great work!

CLEAN,ESPECIALLY THE WASHROOM THE FIRST THING I CHECKED BEFORE I ORDER IF THE BATHROOM IS NOT CLEAN THEN I DONT ORDER,FOOD HOT,FRIES CRISPY,QUICK AND COURTEOUS I LOVE IT.
