Burger King - Vero Beach

Last Friday, I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:15 PM, only to find that they were closed, despite all the lights being on, including the sign. I went back home, which was just a short distance away, then called another Burger King. Instead of the one just a block away, I had to drive all the way to US1, and the food I received wasn’t even hot. I was the only customer there, which made the lack of service even more disappointing. I'm really surprised they were closed for so long during what should be operating hours.

Absolutely the worst Burger King experience ever! I wouldn't recommend this location at all. The staff were completely unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to go up to the window just to place my order, and even then, they seemed determined to ignore me. They were too busy laughing and chatting amongst themselves, acting like they were at a party instead of running a business. It's clear they don't take their job seriously! I will definitely never return!

This place must close. I say that because I had so many bad experiences there and I went back because I thought they would improve on their service. but it gets worse and worse.

This is not the definition of fast food Poor quality staff is rude The way in drive-through is so long you definitely cannot go here for your lunch break Waiting in line almost 10 minutes by the time I got my food It just looked like it was thrown together very sloppy

Came to this bk today at 2410 Okeechobee road. ordered through drive through.asked for food to be made to be fresh.nobody else was I line at the time..drove around and received horrible barely warmed food.Came inside and got a refund..not sure why some of these teenagers even have a job.They can't follow instructions and fo the bare minimum with poor customer service..I went to one by the turn pike and they were an older generation that could follow instructions..and give hot food...
