Chick-fil-a - Vero Beach

We stopped for a quick lunch and were very happy with our experience. Ample parking available and we decided to dine in. Our order was taken promptly by a courteous and upbeat staff member. There were team members cleaning all of the tables and chairs, as well as, sweeping the dining area. When we sat we had no ketchup and I asked the dining area staff member where I could get some, she smiled and said she would get it for me. Great customer service. When she returned I noticed my four strip meal only had three strips in it. Once again, I addressed her and she rectified my situation with a smile. Cannot say enough about the great customer service we had during this visit. Highly recommended.

Love Chick fil a. Shoutout to the sweet young lady that works at Chick fil A named Kenzie. I accidentally pulled out a change purse with cash in it and didn't realize it fell on the ground. Called them and she walked and talked with me on the phone to find it and did! It meant a lot because right now I really need it. It was money I was saving to pay a bill. I wanted to give her some money to go to lunch but she wouldn't accept! Thank you for your help. Love our town and the people in it

Today was the second time they forgot to give me extra honey mustard. They forgot the other day so I asked for extra again today. none. im appalled. What is this, mcdonald's?!!!! I am so frustrated. Please do your jobs correctly

I always love Chick Fil A. The people are friendly and they have fast service and great food.

Drive thru service was great ! Food was better than McDonald's! New mint shake was great too ! Worth trying, give it a shot !
