Dunkin' - Vero Beach

This is the best dunkin in vero. the personal is friendly and attentive. they are the only ones in this city that get my coffee right!

Paris gave me a posture all the time I was in charge if they don't like the customers just don't come to work zero stars

If I didn't live near this Dunkin', I would never support their business. They always get my order wrong, and there is always a new person working the front counter who doesn't know what they're doing. The management of this restaurant does a terrible job of training their employees. It seems like no one has any experience working there. I've had better customer service at food trucks than at this Dunkin'.

I had to go to this restaurant because the I-95 location was unexpectedly closed. I ended up at the 20th Street location where they overcooked my breakfast sandwich. Quite disappointing.

There was a hair in my whipped cream FOR REAL! Absolutely unsanitary and poor hygiene. The owner was too cheap to even give me a refund. Worst experience at a DD.
