Mama Hue - Vero Beach

Fast, friendly and tasty. small, only 5 tables. pho was very tasty and I like how they have their choice of 3 broths and several protein veggies. spring roles were also very nice. vegetarian options: vegetarian pho at least.

I only found out about Mama Hue thanks to the positive Yelp reviews, and they are spot on! The Pho is incredibly delicious! I tried the special Pho with beef, tripe, and meatballs, and I wish I had more room to explore the rest of the menu. It's a tiny spot with just five tables, tucked away in a strip mall on Miracle Mile in Vero Beach, and it’s easy to miss—I never even noticed it was there before! The service is warm and sincere, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, the food is fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! I had the Vietnamese-style Pad Thai noodles with chicken and the garlic fried rice with shrimp, and I loved both dishes. As someone who is half Vietnamese, I can say the chef prepares the food with such authenticity. I highly recommend trying it out!

Wow! This is the best Vietnamese food I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh and authentic. We ordered pho, spicy beef soup, fresh spring rolls, and fried egg rolls. The staff was incredibly friendly.

They are not fast, but they are very good. Everything I had was delicious, and I can't wait to go back.
