Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

So I took my kids to Rita’s Ice Custard and Addison sat there on the stool on her phone instead of doing her job. Once she got up I’m assuming when she felt like giving us service she wasn’t very professional or welcoming. Also she’s not very informative about anything we ordered and u still had to tip smh I will not be taking my kids here again period

I love Rita's but then they moved into the mall. I have no idea why they made that decision. That was the start to the end because now it's really inconvenient.

I’m not gonna lie I love Rita’s but not when they can’t get the hours right on google as well as the website. So apparently you close at 9 I made it about 5 minutes till doors locked I was extremely sad.

Dont show up at 12, the door will be locked. Apprently they dont open till 1.

This was a new experience for me, and I have to say, what a delightful combination custard and Italian ice Amazing! Such a cute little place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
