Al Parigin - VERONA

Lovely traditional Italian meal, including plenty of polenta. Antipasti starter was lovely, generous quantity of locally made salami and ham. Husband chose rabbit for main and it fell off the bone, was served with ample vegetables and potatoes too. I chose fettuccine Al carne and was delicious. Will definitely be returning again when we are here and would highly recommend.

We decided to have dinner at Al Parigin one night while we were staying at La Perlara. We speak very little Italian and the owner spoke little English, but we got along fine and had a great meal. There were several things that we did not know what they were, but the owner got his smartphone, and we were able to figure everything out. Don't be afraid the try something different. It was a relaxing meal, and before we left, the owner insisted on us having a Limoncello, served out of the freezer in frozen shot glasses.

We have visited this restaurant twice in a week and it was great! We had sit outside and inside and both were very typical italian. A great experience and very, very friendly people!

Excellent experience in a family run local trattoria. bigoli with duck sauce and exceptional hares, very balanced wet cod. friendly, friendly and attentive staff to your needs. Very well!
