Empanada Lady - Verona

Cynthias empanada lady food truck was the star feature at my graduation party of my children. yes, the empanadas are delicious! but in addition, she is proud of her business and she treats me as family. we had 75 teenagers and all shaved about eating! cynthia is a beautiful person and I will definitely visit and re-adjust their food truck.

I recently enjoyed some delicious chicken and beef empanadas, along with sweet plantains! My granddaughter suggested we get takeout after I had taken them out camping. Although I didn't get to meet the "empanada lady," I did meet the lovely woman who sells the empanadas, and she was kind enough to offer my granddaughter a taste of the plantains! My son liked her as well. There are plenty of different types of empanadas to choose from, and I'm also looking forward to trying the samosas. I can't wait to go back for more!

The dining experience was excellent on my first visit. The empanada dessert was particularly delicious. It's a lovely family restaurant, and I highly recommend going back.

Absolutely delicious! I had the loaded baked potato, buffalo chicken gorgonzola, and mushroom-rice-cilantro-mozzarella empanadas, along with some sweet plantains and yucca fritters. Everything was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return for the Cuban sandwich I saw on the menu!
