I ordered the brisket entree with a side, and it was cooked perfectly. The French fries were fresh and hot. Someone in my party ordered the baby back ribs, and the meat was incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone. The variety of BBQ options is delicious and diverse. Another person got the Giant Baked Potato with brisket and all the fixings. The potato was cooked to perfection, very soft. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The atmosphere is just amazing; you need to experience it for yourself! Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is kid friendly during dinner time. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on second story, but it is accessible by elevator inside the silo.

Last Sunday me and my wife had the sampler platter the poutine with pulled pork on top and ribs more pulled pork macaroni and cheese homemade pickles which were very good and salt potatoes, and then for dessert she had pecan pie with ice cream on top and I had banana cream with real whipped cream and vanilla wafers.
