Unfortunately, if you stay in the hotel, there is not where to eat otherwise, as there are miles up a narrow road (in the night we were there, a snowy, narrow road,) so this is the only option. after we were in Alsace, where the restaurants are wonderful, we were underwhelmed.
It was a sublime dinner. the ambiente was elegant and yet cozy, and my serving morgane was attentive and so generous with her smiles and warmth that we felt at the moment when we had set ourselves how at home. it really took a whole village to make our delicious meal, and I would like to applaud the excellent chef and his assistants in the kitchen, along with mario the maître d and his team, for an unforgettable evening in le tillau.
Julie is the best! the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff and especially julie was beyond and beyond! my man and I were a few miles from the hotel and julie arranged us pick up, made sure that we had lunch, though. the kitchen was closed and found us a way to come to pontarlier to rent a car for future travel. the hotel is beautiful and just a few meters from the ski trail gran jura. the hotel had nordic skis for us at a reasonable price to rent and we had a beautiful afternoon ski and enjoy the quiet forests around the hotel. the bed was so comfortable, and the hotel is very rustic, but updated with everything brand new. they can even control the temperature of the shower in the exact grad celsius. amazing! I can't say enough great things about this place - I wish we had booked more nights for rest and relaxation.
Hotel agréable. Acceuil et service sympathique. Chambre propre et chaleureuse . Paysage de carte postale. Repas très bon. Bonne soirée étape. A refaire.
