Super service of delicious and well-worked dishes I recommend without hesitation this magnificent restaurant

The menu portion of the webpage does not open, so it was impossible to view the menu ahead of time. The Jura wine recommended by the waiter was five years old and tasted of corky and had to be sent back. Although we are quite familiar with Jura wines (living nearby), he argued with us that it was not off, but was simply the nutty character from the region. The food itself was very pedestrian, especially for the price – one of the first courses was not good at all and the main course was simply a very small flan with fish sauce – totally disappointing. We actually asked the waiter if this was the main course as we couldn’t quite believe it. After two very disappointing courses, we decided to cut our losses and asked the waiter to cancel the desert. The dining room itself is charming and most of the waiting staff (apart from the wine waiter) were friendly. Unfortunately, if one stays in the hotel, there is no where else to eat as it is miles up a narrow road (on the night we were there, a snowy, narrow road), so this is the only option. Having just been to Alsace where the restaurants are wonderful, we were underwhelmed.
