I ordered food online for my son to pick up and he waited for an hour.. I had to come to finally figure out they had it set for stall 1 even though I got a code. So they threw it away after it sat there. My son spoke to them numerous times but they never said the order waiting was his. They gave us a free upgraded medium to large drink, but that was it....... The lady asked if I wanted a refund (I didn 't know who she was [mgr/cashier] I said uh, we still want the food, she said yeah but do you want a refund? Um if that 's an option yes please..... She didn 't give us a refund and my son told me later that she was the mgr. (Young girl that looks like she might have just graduated HS NOT HAPPY at all
Waited several minutes for our food while going through the drive thru Sunday morning.
The staff told me to pull into a parking spot because they were making fresh hash browns. They brought my food to my car. When I opened my bag, only a biscuit....no hash brown, lol ?
They had it right on the screen but wrong in the bag. Nothing worse than biting into something you don't like. Then it took forever to remake our order.
