Versailles Brewing

What an outstanding local brewery! Every employee was incredibly friendly, just like the other staff members. The selection of brews was fantastic, and you truly can't go wrong with any of them. I enjoyed the Peach Palmer, which tasted like pure nectar, alongside my dinner. I ordered the DelMonico Steak, and it was delicious! The beef was local and exceptionally tender. It was free of hormones and antibiotics, cooked to perfection with a nice pink center. The bartender recommended the fries and mac and cheese as sides, and they were spot on! The fries were crispy, and the mac and cheese had just the right bite—al dente with a delightful cheese sauce. For dessert, I indulged in the Porter chocolate cake topped with vanilla ice cream, paired with the Vanilla Porter. It was the perfect way to end my meal. Don't miss out on this wonderful local gem!

My partner and I visit this place fairly often, and we love the beer and the food! The fried pickles and the pretzel with beer cheese are amazing appetizers. My favorite dish is the El Chicano Burger, but the Portobello Sandwich is a close second.

The homemade chips were excellent. The fish sandwich was good as well. The artisan beers provided a unique and delightful conclusion to a lovely, vibrant dinner.

Nice place, service was fine, had a problem with the fish Tacos turns out that one of them was chicken, not understand how that happened. The beer was really good. The chicken wings were excellent and although I am not a fan of fried pimples, this was really good!

Everything I have had here is delicious. Chicken quesadillas, fish tacos or there sweet tea fried chicken. Excellent place to unwind and enjoy.
