Tuna salad was a bit of tinned tuna, tinned corn & some potatoes. The tuna still bore the imprint of the can - no attempt to add onion, garlic, or indeed any inventiveness. Red wine was ice cold as if straight from the fridge. Disappointing.
A relatively good burger british, a pity that the bread is grilled and that we don't ask for the cooking of my steak (even if I suppose that when it's british, it's well cooked.) since I would have liked a homemade chocolate melting ... I would have loved above all that it is melting and warm. It was a melt recovered in the fridge at the entrance via an alu boat, not at all melting inside, and cold.
We were staying at the Trianon and walked here for breakfast. The breads were good, but did not come with jam as advertised. When we asked for it, we only received enough jam for one person--odd. Everything else was fine, but it was just ok...nothing special.
This is a great little find, just down from the Trianon Hotel, if you want a latte as in the UK ask for a Cappuccino. They do a mini breakfast which does say toast and jam - it means french bread and butter with jam. Their Creme Brulee is lovely - they try and make you feel welcome - which in France is a first.
Cute coffee we found when we left the palace, we went in so prices were tempting and so it was, good but slow attention and rich coffee.
