Feedback gevenI love Dunkin! The staff is so friendly, they always get my order right, and the drive-thru is super fast!
The uninformed drive-thru employee attempted to charge me extra for cold foam after I ordered a cold brew coffee with cold foam. When I pointed out the mistake, she responded rudely, saying she doesn't set the prices. Despite explaining that I order this coffee regularly, she continued to display a bad attitude, asking if my order was correct on the screen. The total price for a medium cold brew coffee came to nearly $8. After expressing my frustration with her demeanor, I left and went to the next Dunkin' location nearby. It's disappointing that employees like her, who may be paid $15 an hour, lack basic customer service skills and struggle to ring up orders accurately. It seemed as though she was trying to overcharge me.
No one was answering the drive-thru at 5:45am on 8/10/2023. The restaurant was supposed to be open 45 minutes ago.
We have been standing for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars
Ordered a large cold brew. Not the biggest fan. A bit tasteless.The chicken bacon and cheese croissant is super good though!Staff was giving a bit of attitude for no reason haha.
