Very cool location and the BEST Granola. I will definitely go back and the Granola was the perfect gifts for my mothers day gift

No one was there, I wanted to try their cinnamon roll. It was unclear how they operate since there is nothing to explain it besides a piece of paper that says self checkout. Unfortunately paid for a cinnamon roll and the guy in the cafe showed me how to get a refund. Waste of time.

I really love their bread, especially the seasonal pumpkin loaf—it's just perfect! The granola is excellent too. Last year, we chose Big Sky for our corporate holiday gifts, and everyone loved the gift boxes. I just wish I had found out about this place and written a review sooner!

This is a place you will not find without directions not on a main road. It is in Liberty Park in the SmoothRock Conference Center and Courtyard. Big Sky Bread runs the SmoothRock Cafe in the Center, which is also a special events center, conference center and houses a dermatologist office. There is free parking. You can get to the cafe (located downstairs) by coming in the main entrance and taking the elevator or stairs; you can also use the outside stairs to enter from the courtyard and outdoor dining area. The cafe is open Monday Friday from 7am to 4pm. We arrived for lunch around 12:30 and ate inside. Place your order and pay at the counter, select your drink and they will deliver your meal to your table. We all enjoyed our sandwiches and three of us took home to go boxes. They cut the crust off the PB&J sandwich for our 5 year old great nephew. He pronounced the sandwich and fruit side very good. The Reuben sandwich I ordered was delicious, my husband enjoyed his BLT, and our friend liked the Cahaba River Club. We purchased a package of four (very large) oatmeal raisin cookies that were great.
