I had been looking forward to eating at this restaurant for a very long time, a disappointment when I went there. We arrived at 8:20 p.m. admittedly 20 minutes late, but we had to wait until 11 p.m. before we could receive the 1st course (I should point out that we were with children, which for me is even less acceptable to keep us waiting as long as). The person serving us was very nice but at no time did we get an explanation of why the service was taking so long, until I decided to complain. For all the people who plan to go there with the gourmet passport, know that you will have to take the menu at CHF 69. per person (the menu is good, but the quantity is absolutely not worth the price, we had 2 small bowls of rice as an accompaniment when we were 5 adults and a child).

Everything is done to the minute, which means a long wait. Price per person: CHF 80–90 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Very nice staff and delicious food! We took the tasting menu: the portions were generous and the flavors varied. A delight !

I tried to eat there with my family after driving up to an hour to get to this restaurant. When I asked the owner to help us in the English language. He said I do not speak this language and left us and went to talk to other customers without trying to assist me and asked somebody else to help me. Definitely, I felt that I'm not welcomed at all in his place, so I left . I do not know what to call this behaviour. It was the first time to be treated like this in Switzerland. I was really shocked with what happened to me. Please, if you do not know how to treat customers, do not deal with them. Stay in the background and make others run it for you. I'm going to delete this comment as well as the rate once you reply to me with an explanation because I feel that I deserve an answer to what happened to me.
