Fabulous meal, yet again. Creative combinations, inspired presentation, high quality and unusual ingredients at times. Recommend without any hesitation!

The food was good. That was about it. Very small quantities, still hungry after dessert. The establishment was not flexible nor accommodating (if not rude about it) about one small change in an exclusively chasse menu. The quality price ratio is way too high. All in all, there are better, nicer and less expensive places in Wallis, so would not recommend this one.
