Appetizers : • cod in crispy batter cold on the outside, this makes me think that the product is frozen and when the order arrives the cod goes from the freezer to the fryer thus obtaining this result.. • ditto battered courgette flowers, definitely frozen, the flower was practically non-existent, it looked like just water and flour with mozzarella and anchovy paste inside. • good carbonara bruschetta First: • cheese and pepper without flavour, you couldn't taste the pepperiness nor the pecorino romano, it felt like you were eating spaghetti sautéed in a pan with a bit of tasteless cream. Rated 1 out of 10 •spaghetti carbonara certainly with a lot of cream... but it too is not very tasty, rated 5 out of 10 (Cacio e pepe and carbonara both left on the plate) • ravioli carbonara, good rating 7 out of 10. Bill €116 discount of €6 so total €110 Leaving a restaurant and thinking you have spent unnecessary money is not a good feeling.. Personally I prefer the restaurateur who gives 100% of himself to make his customers eat well, because then they will surely come back. I think our dinner could have been much better
