At the time of booking I was told that they do not accept animals but you must also say that you do not make any changes to the dishes (barbecue asked to remove the ribs and replace them with sausage answer NO and you only cook the meat rare (I asked for a fillet with medium cooking answer NO so you avoid wasting people 's time. I have grilled meat and eaten it in restaurants cooked in various ways and I have never imposed my way of cooking on my customers. Justifying cooking rare because otherwise the meat becomes tough is just nonsense. Anyone who deals with embers in the kitchen knows what this means.
