We tried this place because we were exhausted after visiting san lorenzo church. The place is right on the square, but if you don't know about it you whill not easily bump into it during a weekend trip in Vicenza. We were served by one of the two gelato makers' who spent some time answering our questions and telling everything about making a good homemade gelato which is rich of good ingredients and not just ful of air, like a commercial ice cream. We tried 4-5 different flavours, and indeed you can tell the difference from the texture and density of every bite. Highly recommended
Glad we found this little gelateria, sat on benches in the square opposite devouring our yummy gelato.
I got an ostridel ice cream, what to say seemed to eat a real strudel, really great! My daughter took a pear ice cream and I have to tell the truth was really great! If you're in the center of Vicenza, I'd recommend you go!
