Pizzeria Avvenire Da Gigi E Consy

Tried his pizza today and it was great, looking forward to trying more dishes. My friend had salmon that looked delish!

We went to this ristorante at least twice a month during our 2 1/2 year sojourn in Italy. The food was always good, the owners were easy to talk with and shared recipes with my wife. The Fiso specials were great for lunch. Enjoyed every visit.

We went to meet a friend at this restaurant where in turn she couldn't make it. We decided to stay anyway before heading back on the highway. We were not disappointed! My kids had pizza which was good and my husband had a mixed salad with marinated swordfish on the side. The waitress recommended grilled sea bass for me. I was so glad to have ordered it. It was the best fish I had eaten in awhile! The price was great too after spending some expensive days eating in Venice. As often seems to be the case in Italian restaurants, there is a lack of atmosphere but the people are friendly and the food is wonderful.
