Here are a few key points: 1. Dishes should be served as they are consumed, in the correct order: appetizers first, then main courses, and finally dessert. 2. Plates should be cleared rather than piled up on the table. 3. The payment terminal should be brought to the table. 4. Please allow for cashless tipping. 5. Make an effort to keep all menu items available.
We stopped by Strelец for lunch... We had to wait about 10 minutes for the menu, as the waitstaff seemed in no hurry and gave the impression they were hiding from customers behind the bar. Getting the dishes we ordered was also a challenge: the mushroom noodles we were waiting for were out of stock after our 10-minute wait. Each customer receives all their orders at once. While my child was eating a salad, the mac and cheese turned out to be visually unappealing and looked dangerous to eat. The pile of dirty dishes on the tables didn't seem to bother the waitstaff passing by at all. The quality of the dishes, aside from the mac and cheese, could be rated at a solid 4+, but the service definitely suffers. The management should probably reflect on this and draw the right conclusions. It's unfortunate that a place like this is losing customers.

I do not recommend this place. We held a memorial gathering there, and the cold cuts were not fresh; the meat was dry and tough, and the bacon was actually spoiled. The mashed potatoes were not fresh and clearly reheated. The mackerel in the platter was soaked in brine. We expected much better from such an establishment! Food: 1 Service: 1
The battered fish was prepared in the morning and just reheated. The batter wasn't cooked properly. They replaced it with the exact same dish and told me it was supposed to be that way.
