Josephine - Vichy

Do not go to this restaurant the service is terrible. We are not tourists to Vichy, we have been going to this restaurant for many years and today was the last time. The wait time was ridiculous. We waited a good 30 mins just to place the to order. Then there was a gap of an hour between a salad starter and the main course. When we complained to the waitress, she replied with it is not my fault and we asked who fault it was. After this, the owner came out to belittle us and tell us we did not arrive on time (we did we were on the dot at 1pm for our reservation time) and how dare we complain and that we should never book a reservation at 1pm as she is busy at that time. It does not make sense as we have booked at 1pm many times before with no issue. What kind of restaurant is this?? Do customers not have the right to complain? or should we sit for 2 hours to get crepes for lunch. There are plenty of other wonderful restaurants in Vichy avoid this one at all costs. Very rude service and an attitude of you are lucky to be here and better shut up if your food comes out late. Too bad they have lost a customer today.

We stumbled on this restaurant looking for a lighter meal. We had savoury crepes for main course and sweet crepes for desert. Both were huge and delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient and there was a nice atmosphere Would love to go back if we were in Vichy again

A very basic café style restaurant with very limited food choice. Certainly not high on my list of recommendations!

All dishes, lack of flavors. the honolulu crêpe with box pineapples, a dessert that we could easily make at home. There's no more he'll bring us back.

Very correct reception. efficient service by both waitress. served pancakes are copyy and delicious. very good value quality price.
