Best restaurant in Vicksburg. Everything is great. Fantastic drinks, excellent local cuisine. Outstanding service too. Two big thumbs up for Rusty's!

The food was fantastic but the name is VERY misleading! It is not on the River. There are no riverfront views whatsoever.
