The Squeeze Juice And Vegan Eatery

I was thrilled to discover a vegan restaurant in Vicksburg. The food was amazing, and the owner was delightful.

The Squeeze is a family-owned restaurant that serves delicious food. We visited for two days and highly recommend trying the burger, the BLT, the loaded burrito, and a few salads.

We stopped during our journey and arrived a little before the opening. This restaurant is located between a small town gas station and a grocery store, which was not what I was expecting to find. The owner greeted us and brought a table and chairs outside for us to sit while we waited, as well as a bowl of fresh water for our dog. Everything on the menu is vegan. We ordered the quesadilla and the burrito bowl, both of which were good, but I preferred the quesadilla. The restaurant opened in August 2021, and I would highly recommend supporting this new business. We need more places like this!
