Whataburger - Vicksburg

Great tasting burgers and excellent customer service.

It's hit or miss on food being correct and fresh. Most times, Fries will be barely warm. Burgers at times are dry due to mashing all the moisture out of the patty. Service is not the best. They could care less if you were there. At times, it takes too long to get your order.

Man. Trying to get food at 1145 pm is not the time to try whataburger apparently. The staff is confused. There is a middle-manager bossing others around without truly being able to direct them, throwing people from one station to the next mid task. Snail pace is the only speed.

The staff were nice at this moderately busy whataburger and the titular burger was just fine. However, I must say that I was very disappointed with the whatawings. They were basically weakly flavored, overpriced chicken nuggets. This limited item deserves to go away ASAP.

Iv come to understand that going to whataburger in Vicksburg at all, is like pulling teeth. They should have paid me for waiting in the line for over 30 minutes for a plain vanilla shake . Only one car ahead of me parked waiting . Why does it take that long? Please give me any reason that makes sense! I don’t get why I watched every last employee in that building walk past the drive through window and stare at me and not ask me about my order for anything. It’s sad what Vicksburg has become .
