Great spot to savor your coffee! I had the pleasure of trying their Double Chocolate Eclair Latte, and it was fantastic. The customer service is exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful. When my girlfriend accidentally spilled her latte, they generously offered her a fresh one at no charge. I absolutely love Gloria Jean's Coffee! Keep up the great work!

The new management is fantastic! I've been coming here for two years, and the customer service has always been exceptional. Tyler has really transformed the place. I'm thrilled to finally have a restaurant in the area that serves breakfast dishes and offers some healthy snack options. I might be the only daily customer for the decaf espresso, but they always make it just right. If you're looking for a frozen drink to try, I highly recommend the white chocolate caramel cookie cooler!

New management is fantastic, service is excellent, and there is really no need to comment on the products. Quite simply the best coffee shop in the USA currently. The coconut flavor cooler is from this world. 5 stars for service, cleanliness of the shop and of course coffee

This is the best coffee shop I’ve been to! The service is friendly and efficient, and the drinks are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the white chocolate caramel cookie cooler—it's my favorite!
