Boardgame Cafe - Victoria

Went here with a group of people, and it was a lot of fun. So many games to try! And they even sell games. A great place if you're wanting to get together with a group of people in a different setting, or don't have...the space for it at home. They sell some snacks and beverages, non-alcoholic and alcoholic (which are to be consumed in a designated area). But really, try their milkshakes.

The restaurant is always packed, making it difficult to secure a table. It can be quite noisy, but the prices are reasonable. The staff brings the food directly to your table, and there are various fun snacks and a wide selection of games available.

Enter the restaurant, choose a table, order food or drinks, and then select a board game to play. Sit down and enjoy a variety of board games suitable for all ages. We will definitely be returning with family.

For CAD pp. anything you spend on drinks) you get to try out a wide variety of games, anything from card games for to family friendly stuff and long strategic board games. Luckily the staff is more than willing to give you...recommendations! Bonus: if you can't get enough of the game, they might just have it in stock in the shop... Wonderful way to spend a relaxed afternoon or evening, especially when the weather is looking grim. Wish there was a place like this in my hometown!

Have been wanting to go to the Boardgame Cafe forever and finally made it! We went with another couple who had been before. Played two rounds of a great fun game called Zooloretto and laughed a lot! We also had SUPER YUMMY milkshakes and one...of the best panini style sandwiches I have ever enjoyed! I didn't expect that to be the case, went more for the game and atmosphere but wow love that Bill's Bird, with turkey breast, brie cheese, apple and cranberry. Cannot wait for another chance to go back again!
