Chorizo Co. Restaurant Bar - Victoria

Very creative Spanish inspired dishes. great drinks and wine selection. owner stephen quigley is one of my favorite bartenders; friendly, attentive and full of helpful suggestions. the paella is not traditional, but he is raised; carved Humboldt Squid and perfectly roasted rocks over a bed of sublimely fennel and tomato braided rice. to eat one of my favorite places in victoria.

We came to dinner on a Friday night and made a happy reservation as the place was full. overall, the venue is small and does not fit many people, so booking is highly recommended. service is great, nice and helpful. Eating is good, and the menu offers several possibilities to appropriate trips. my main thing with this restaurant is that I am from Spain, and - despite the good nutrition - it did not bring any memories to the aromes with which I grew up. for example, the croquetas are not made with béchamel, but kartoffels and big ice-creams, or the Patatas band were amalgamation of different sauces. the sangria was probably the article that made me feel closer at home. as I said, no bad restaurant inspired by Spanish cuisine. but not a real Spanish restaurant.

Friendly host, fantastic eating and an intimate atmosphere. we recently visited chorizo co, and I had the most tasteful hamberguesa I had ever had. I still think about it. we enjoyed the wein as well as an orange and ginger cocktail that I should have asked! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

Very recommend the cable head with a garnel aioli~ all the experience and very tasty! cocktails and service, fabulous as always! we will come back soon!

Literally the best burger in town. Its expensive, and it is worth every penny
