Great selection, friendly and helpful staff, and fabulous teas!! I'm hooked on all the great flavors!!

Not usually fond of mixed teas but after trying a particular type of white tea blend, I got hooked and decided to visit this store to make a purchase. The store was clean and tidy, and the two ladies working there were very friendly and helpful in identifying the tea I wanted! I will definitely visit again :

DAVIDsTEA has a wide selection of teas, they absolutely have something for everyone and that is their strongest aspect. The seating in the Johnson Street location is lovely as I often go out with friends to sit inside. It would be nice if more locations had indoor and outdoor seating. They lack higher end teas, but make up for it in selection. The service has always been friendly at multiple locations.

Very friendly staff and nice retail/tea drinking experience. A wall of options and well designed merchandise. As with most premium teas the price is a little high but you definitely get what you pay for. Thanks!

It is like the bath and body works of tea shops, well organized, bright and cheerful.
