A little on the expensive side for an all you can eat for me. But I am sure a lot of people would definitely do the $29 justice. Lots of variety for Japanese items made to order. I would definitely go back

I went to the Chipan for lunch - they offer a buffet for $16. While the Chinese food section is sadly lacking (at best 4 dishes), there is an extensive list of Japanese sushi, maki, teryaki available. The Chinese food was somewhat poor, while the Japanese side was very good indeed.Service was prompt and polite but the ambiance is less than luxurious.Best to go during the week (Mon-Thurs) as the prices go up significantly on the weekend.

Brand new restaurant that offers an all-you-can-eat Japanese and Chinese experience with a delicious and large menu of options! There are no time limits or menu limits to what you can order. The sashimi was some of the freshest I've had in the city, and beautiful and fun presentation for all their food. My friends and I went in at 4pm and stayed until 7:30pm lounging and eating our hearts out for such an amazing price! The staff were very welcoming and very attentive. It is great to finally experience an affordable all-you-can-eat restaurant in Victoria!
